AVAILABLE FUEL TYPES:

- Jet Fuel Al/ JP54

- Diesel D2

- Diesel D6

- Diesel EN590 10ppm

- LNG

All the above fuels directly from Rosneft/Gazprom refineries.

QUANTITY:
Pretty much unlimited quantities are available, the larger the better - for example up to 10 million barrels of Jet Fuel per month can be arranged as can similar quantities of the diesels.

PRICE:
The discount will be applied to FOB NWE PLATTS index as follows:
- 10% gross / 5% net per MT for ALL diesels;
- $ 8 gross /$ 4 net per barrel for Jet Fuel.
The discount for Jet fuel for orders up to and including 5 million barrels per month is fixed for the full term of the contract. For orders above 5 million barrels the discount can be revised every 3 months. The discount for all diesels is in percentage and it is fixed for the full term of the contract. This offer would normally only be available for buyers that can pay 2 months in advance, HOWEVER I've managed to agree on SBLC for 2 months worth of fuel and then payment via MT103 after SGS in Rotterdam for each lift.

PLEASE NOTE:
We may be able to negotiate an additional net discount for orders over 5m bbls per month of jet fuels or significant MT's per month of diesels, but I can only do this when I have the application pack with all included relevant bank documents that will show POF.

TERM OF CONTRACT:
The contract should be for at least 1 year and the maximum term that you can request with this application pack is 5 years. Ideally please try to request it for at least 2 years.

OTHER NOTES
The contract will be direct with Rosneft so please check that your bank can transact with Russian banks. It's better to use a non-US bank please.
