When the property administration is in charge of the Fiduciary trust company, the settlor expects the contract to be honored with transparency and confidentiality.
Under the regulation in force, any detail about the task or about the settlorˋs personal information is protected by our confidentiality policy.
The society takes charge of property administration, and within the contract and legal boundaries, they perform it in compliance with and on behalf of the settlor.
Clearly enough, the property administration, generally and legally speaking, involves a variety of tasks that cannot be easily listed.
The common denominator of the different operating options is the distinction between formal and actual property when the fiduciary society takes charge of the property management.
This is achieved despite the type of fiduciary registration where applicable (shares and other real estate)
Therefore the dispossession of the property is applicable mainly in two cases:
- When the property is claimed by an holder, different from the actual owner; when the property is to be managed for a specific benefit.
- The "Property management on behalf of third party" is a type of contract different from the deposit management.
